Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returned items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at economy@mindark.com and include your order number.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
